This is my most all time favorite sugar cookie ever. They melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract
- 4 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make mrs. lucille sugar cookies

Step 1Cream together butter and Crisco.

Step 2Mix in: corn oil, sugar and powdered sugar.

Step 3Add: eggs, vanilla or lemon extract, sifted flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4Dough will be very soft but not sticky. Drop a small ball of dough on parchment covered cookie sheet. Press down with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes and transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
