mouthwatering peanut butter cookies
(1 RATING)
I found this recipe on the back of a yellow cake mix box when I was about 12 yrs old. I tried the recipe and it was wonderful, but in cleaning up I threw away the box. I then went back to the store to get another cake mix and had to look through every box on the shelf to find one that had this recipe. I never lost the recipe after that!!

- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
- 2 large eggs

-
Step 1Combine all ingredients with blender until well mixed. (About 1 and 1/2 minutes)
-
Step 2Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, press with fork dipped in water. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min or until just lightly brown around edges. Note: Peanut Butter cookies can get too dark very quickly so if you decide to give them a bit more baking time, stay close and watch the edges.
