my kids love these. i was first introduced to them at a church function and my kids got the recipe for me.

method ---

yield this make several dozen cookies depending on the size you make

Ingredients

1 pound brown sugar
1/2 pound butter
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 pounds peanut butter
6 - eggs
1/2 tablespoon karo white syrup
9 cups oatmeal
1/2 pound chocolate chips and m&m

How To Make monster cookies

Step 1

cream together brown sugar, baking soda, white sugar, butter and vanilla

Step 2

add, peanut butter, eggs and syrup
Step 3

stir in oatmeal and chips/m&m
Step 4

bake 350 degrees for roughly 10 minutes. they should only be slightly brown and still chewy. Don't over cook.
Step 5

This makes a lage batch of cookies. I freeze what I am not going to be using right away. That way you always have a treat for them.
