  • 2 c
    peanut butter
  • 2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn syrup, light
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lb
  • 6
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 7 c
    quick oatmeal
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 3/4-1 lb
    m+m candies, plain or peanut

How to Make Monster Cookies


  1. Mix first 8 ingredients in an extra large bowl.
  2. Add oatmeal and flour mix well.
  3. Stir in chips and candy, mix well.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Press lightly.
  5. BAke at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool on pan for 1 minute, remove to wire cooling rack.
