  • 2-1/4 c
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 c
    peanut butter
  • 9 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg
    m and ms (i use minis for this batch)

How to Make Monster Cookies


  1. add all ingredients to a super large bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. cook in a preheated oven at 350 for about 9-10 minutes (do not over cook). they freezes well.
