My nieces would always make these for me and send them over to my apartment. I love them and I hope you do too.

1 1/4 c
packed light brown sugar
1 c
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1-12oz jar(s)
creamy peanut butter
1 stick
butter, softened
1 1/2 c
m&m's, plain or peanut
1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c
raisin's, (optional)
2 tsp
baking soda
4 1/2 c
quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2Mix eggs, light brown sugar, sugar, salt and vanilla extract, mix well. Then add in baking soda, butter and peanut butter, stir well.
3Next add in your m&m's, chocolate chips, walnuts and raisin, if you prefer, and your quick-cooking oats. Mix well until oats are saturated.
4Drop onto lined cookie sheet by the tablespoonful and try to make them approximately the same size for even baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5Allow to cool for 3 minutes before removing from pan onto wire rack for cooling. Store in plastic storage bags. Makes 3 dozen. Enjoy with your family.
