Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-12oz jar creamy peanut butter
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups m&m's, plain or peanut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisin's, (optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
How To Make monster cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Mix eggs, light brown sugar, sugar, salt and vanilla extract, mix well. Then add in baking soda, butter and peanut butter, stir well.

Step 3Next add in your m&m's, chocolate chips, walnuts and raisin, if you prefer, and your quick-cooking oats. Mix well until oats are saturated.

Step 4Drop onto lined cookie sheet by the tablespoonful and try to make them approximately the same size for even baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5Allow to cool for 3 minutes before removing from pan onto wire rack for cooling. Store in plastic storage bags. Makes 3 dozen. Enjoy with your family.
