My teen kids are the cookie bakers at my house so I am giving you a few of their recipes. This one is easy and fun to make, but it does make a lot of good sized cookies~ approximately 40 to 50! Although cooking time shows 15 minutes, the true baking time is 12 minutes.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 lb. - butter (do not substitute)
- 24 oz. jars peanut butter
- 9 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 lb. - chocolate chips
- 1/2 lb. - m & ms

Step 1Mix in order given. Drop by ice cream scoop onto Baker's Joy sprayed cookie sheet. 6 cookies per cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Do not over bake. This cookie is a great treat at a party or for the class. *NOTE* RECIPE DOES NOT USE FLOUR I can not recall how long it takes to bake the entire batch of cookies. I am sure this will depend too on how many cookie tins are placed in the oven at once too.
