Ingredients

3 large
eggs
1 1/4 c
packed light brown sugar
1 c
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
12 oz
jar creamy peanut butter
1 stick
butter - softened
1/2 c
m&ms
1/2 c
chocolate chips
2 Tbsp
baking soda
4 1/2 c
oats, uncooked

How to Make Monster Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  • 3In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Stir in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, baking soda and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • 4Bake for 11 to 12 min;ute. Be careful not to overbake - all ovens are a bit different. Lest stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks or sheets to cool. When cool, store in a large resealable bag.
