Ingredients

  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 12 oz
    jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick
    butter - softened
  • 1/2 c
    m&ms
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 4 1/2 c
    oats, uncooked

How to Make Monster Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  3. In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Stir in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, baking soda and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 11 to 12 min;ute. Be careful not to overbake - all ovens are a bit different. Lest stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks or sheets to cool. When cool, store in a large resealable bag.
