- 1/2 cup granola oil (i know she meant canola oil - lol!)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2In large bowl, mix oil, sugar, honey & vanilla. Stir in oats, baking powder & cinnamon.

Step 3Pour into 9" pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cut into squares, while hot.
