Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granola oil (i know she meant canola oil - lol!)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make *** mom's oatmeal crisps ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl, mix oil, sugar, honey & vanilla. Stir in oats, baking powder & cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Pour into 9" pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cut into squares, while hot.
