I remember as a kid my mom making these cookies. They are so moist and chewy.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly paked
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. each)

Step 1In a medium bowl; Whisk together flour, soda and salt. Set a side.

Step 2In a large bowl; Using a mixer; Mix softened butter and both sugar's until it forms a grainy paste. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy.

Step 3Add flour mixture and chocolate chips; mix on low speed until it's just mixed. Do not over mix.

Step 4Drop by rounded tablespoons unto ungreased cookie sheet, place 2 inches apart. Bake at 300 degrees; 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer immediately unto cooling rack.
