How to Make Momofuku Milk Bar's Compost Cookie
- Cream butter, sugars, and corn syrup
- Add in eggs and vanilla. Beat for almost 10 minutes until creamy and almost doubled in size
- Add flour and leavening agents, then once mixed thoroughly add in your favorite ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.
- Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour
- Scoop dough into small balls using a cookie scoop or two small spoons. Bake at 400 F for 9-11 minutes.
