This is another one of Momma's Christmas recipes.These were made every Christmas for our annual "Cookie Swap".

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    water
  • ·
    powdered sugar to roll them in after cooking

How to Make Momma's Cocoons

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Mix ingre4dients together. Shape into small crescents on ungreased pan. Chill.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container when completely cool.
