Saw this recipe on TV. Since I couldn't find this recipe on the internet, I wrote down the ingredients & instructions for these cookie. They look good.

Ingredients

  • FIRST CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR

  • 3/4 c
    butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • NEXT BEAT IN EGG & MOLASSES

  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    molasses
  • IN SEPERATE BOWL MIX DRY INGREDIENTS & ADD IN THIRDS.

  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves

How to Make Molasses Cookies by Amy Burrel, Pioneer Woman

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in mixer.
  2. Next beat in egg and molasses.
  3. Add dry ingredients in thirds.
  4. Make into balls about 1 inch or so. Roll balls in sugar in the raw. Put on cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in 350 deg F oven for about 9-10 minutes for soft cookie.
