I really love these coffee-flavored treats. There are a great take-a-long dessert for a picnic or anytime snack with a nice glass of milk on the side.

Makes 36 bars
Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make mocha bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 15x10x1" baking pan.

Step 2In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, coffee & vanilla.

Step 3Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, & baking soda.

Step 4Add dry ingredients to coffee mixture; beat until smooth.

Step 5Pour into greased baking pan.

Step 6Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

Step 7Bake 30-35 minutes or until top spring back when lightly touched.

Step 8Cool completely before cutting.
