mmmm oatmeal raisin cookies
This is another recipe i found off a crisco can but i changed it some . these are also my hubby's and my mother in law's favorite cookies . i can't keep these in my house when the hubby is home he inhales them all and i made some for my mother in law this christmas and she said they were awesome !

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crisco butter flavor all-vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar ( i use light brown sugar)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour ( i use king arthur flour )
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups old fashion rolled oats ( i use quaker )
- 1 cup raisins ( u may use any brand you like )
How To Make mmmm oatmeal raisin cookies

Step 1Heat Oven to 350 degrees. coat baking sheets with a non- stick cooking spray .

Step 2Beat shortening,sugar,& brown sugar in a large bowl at meduim speed until blended . beat in eggs and vanilla . combine flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Beat into shortening mixture until smooth . stir in your oats and raisins

Step 3Drop roounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on baking sheets. bake 10 to 12 mins or until light brown cool on baking sheets 2 mins . remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely ... enjoy!
