1/2 cup milk
3 cups rolled oatmeal, uncooked
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make mississippi mud cookies

Step 1

Lay wax paper out on to a flat surface. Put sugar, milk and butter together in to a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat. Turn the stove off. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir the mixture until blended well. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the mixture. Stir the mixture until blended well. Drop the mixture from tablespoonful on to the wax paper. Allow the cookies to cool completely and serve.
