2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk, whole
1/2 stick real butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (heaping)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats

How To Make mississippi mud cookies

Step 1

In a heavy sauce pan mix sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder; bring to a rolliing boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat.

Step 2

Next add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and oats. Mix well.
Step 3

Next drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper and let harden.
