Use what ever cereal you have left in the cupboard (you know, the boxes you only have a small amount left that no one wants to finish)...About 2 to 3 cups worth.

  • 2 c
    any type of leftover cereal you have in your cupboard
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate chips, mini
  • 1 pkg
    peanut butter chips or candies
  • 1 c
    (optional) coconut
  • 1 c
    (optional) raisins or dried cranberries

How to Make Mish Mash Cereal bars


  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients together as indicated by the cookie recipe of your choice.
  2. Add mini chocolate chips (replacing regular sized chips), cereal, and optional ingredients if desired.
  3. Bake (as directed by cookie recipe) in greased muffin tins. Cool and serve or freeze.
