Ingredients

1-2 package ritz crackers
1 package mint chocolate chips
1/2 stick of gulf wax
- wax paper to set cookies on for drying.

How To Make mint thin cookies

Step 1

melt mint chocolate chips

Step 2

melt 1/2 bar of gulf wax and stir into chocolate
Step 3

dip ritz crackers one at a time covering both sides. Place each cracker on wax paper till set.
