Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (9 ounce) solid chocolate mint wafers or milk chocolate squares
How To Make delicious surprise cookies

Step 1Sift together dry ingredients. In large mixer bowl,cream butter and sugar and brown sugar. Blend in unbeaten eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually; mix well. Cover; chill 2 hours. Enclose each wafer in a rounded tablespoonful of dough. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Step 2Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove.
