This is a recipe of Ma's that sounds so good, but I don't know what Rockwood Chocolate Mints are. So I would use andees mints instead.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- rockwood chocolate mints (i would substitute andees mints since i have no idea what these are)
- walnut halves, optional

Step 1Sift together flour soda and salt. Cream butter, gradually and both sugars. Cream well and add in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients in gradually, mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Enclose a piece of mint in rounded teaspoon of dough. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Top with a walnut half if desired. Bake at 375 degrees 9-12 min.
