  • 2 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 c
  • 2 large
  • 30
    drops green food coloring
  • 1 tsp
    peppermint extract
  • 12 oz
    dark chocolate chips

How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs, food coloring and peppermint extract; beat until well combined.
  4. Add the flour to the wet ingredients; beat until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop 1 tablespoon size ball onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 11-14 minutes, until edges are lightly brown.
  8. Let cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
