Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 30 - drops green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
How To Make mint chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.

Step 3Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs, food coloring and peppermint extract; beat until well combined.

Step 4Add the flour to the wet ingredients; beat until combined.

Step 5Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 6Drop 1 tablespoon size ball onto cookie sheet.

Step 7Bake 11-14 minutes, until edges are lightly brown.

Step 8Let cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes.
