- CREAM
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons mint extract
- COMBINE
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- MIX IN
- 1-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup andes mints, chopped

Step 1Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and sour cream, and mint extract.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, salt, baking soda.

Step 3Incorporate flour mixture into the pudding mixture until well combined. Add in chocolate chips and andes mints.

Step 4Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

Step 5Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
