  • CREAM
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mint extract
  • COMBINE
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • MIX IN
  • 1-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup andes mints, chopped

How To Make mint chocolate chip cookies

  • Step 1
    Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and sour cream, and mint extract.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, salt, baking soda.
  • Step 3
    Incorporate flour mixture into the pudding mixture until well combined. Add in chocolate chips and andes mints.
  • Step 4
    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
