Ingredients
- 1 pouch betty crocker sugar cookie mix or chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 8 drops green food coloring
- 1 x large egg
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
How To Make mint chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food coloring & egg until soft dough forms. Stir in mint baking chips & chocolate chunks.

Step 3Using small ice cream scoop or tsp, drop dough 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Serve warm or cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Step 5IF YOU CAN'T FIND MINT CHOCOLATE CHIPS: Just pour the amount of regular chocolate chips in a resealable plastic baggie. Add 1/2 tsp mint extract, let sit overnight; turning occasionally.
