I made these cookies for Thanksgiving, they where gone in like 20mins...thats how good they are!

  • 1 pkg
    pouch of sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    mint extract
  • 6 to 8
    drops green food coloring
  • 1
  • 1 c
    creme de menthe baking chips ( that is andys candies in broken pieces)
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chunks

How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Mix cookie mix, butter, extract, food color, and egg in a bowl, until soft dough forms. stir in creme de menthe chips, and chocolate chunks.
  2. Using a spoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350' for about 8 to 10 minutes. remove from cookie sheet and put it on foil, let cool and store tightly!
  4. Eat and Enjoy!
