I made these cookies for Thanksgiving, they where gone in like 20mins...thats how good they are!

Ingredients

1 package pouch of sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter...softened
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
6 to 8 - drops green food coloring
1 - egg
1 cup creme de menthe baking chips ( that is andys candies in broken pieces)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

How To Make mint chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Mix cookie mix, butter, extract, food color, and egg in a bowl, until soft dough forms. stir in creme de menthe chips, and chocolate chunks.

Step 2

Using a spoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 3

Bake at 350' for about 8 to 10 minutes. remove from cookie sheet and put it on foil, let cool and store tightly!
Step 4

Eat and Enjoy!
