I really love this recipe because it can be changed to your tastes. It is a med soft cookie. This one was a favorite at the farmers market.

Ingredients For mini cinnamon chip cookies

1 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 tspsalt

1 cshortening

1 tspvanilla

2 tspbaking soda

3eggs

2 tspcream of tarter

2 tspground cinnamon

3 1/2 cflour

12 ozmini cinnamon chips
How To Make mini cinnamon chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Mix well in order given. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

3This recipe can be changed in many ways, you can replace the cinnamon chips and omit the ground cinnamon and add any flavor chips. I have also made this cookie with 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter and added white chocolate chips these were so good.
