mini choclate chip peanut butter cup cookies

I started making these to scatter in cookie plates for holiday functions but I love making them whenever I am in the mood. Two ingredients and ten minutes to make. I like that if you are by yourself you can make only one pan or if you are going to a party you can make many. I have even used my toaster oven to make me a batch.

Ingredients
- 1 package choclate chip cookie dough
- 1 package miniture peanut butter cups
How To Make mini choclate chip peanut butter cup cookies

Step 1Preheat oven according to package on the cookie dough. Remove all wrappers from miniture peanut butter cups.

Step 2Roll cookie dough in small balls and place into miniture muffin pan openings. *No need to grease pan. Cook till the outside rim is lightly brown. Do not overcook, you want to undercook slightly. you want it to fall in the middle where you will be putting peanut butter cups.

Step 3Let cool for 1-2 minutes and push miniture peanut butter cup in middle of cookie. You want to do this when the cookie is still warm so that the chocolate will connect to cookie.

Step 4I use a plastic knife to loosen edges of cookie and lift out of muffin pan. It helps to keep its form. Put on cooling sheet. Repeat.
