Ingredients
- BREAD PUDDING
- 1 3/4 cups crushed chocolate wafers
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 2 cups whole milk
- 11 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
- 7 large fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
- CREAMY MILK TOPPING
- 1 tube frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3/4 cup sweet condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup half and half
How To Make milk and cookies bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2To make the bread pudding, coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add crushed chocolate wafers and peanut butter chips; mix well.

Step 3In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cane sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and milk together. Gently stir in the bread cubes and crumbled cookies. Lightly spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 4Bake until browned and and set in the middle, about 30 minutes; cover with aluminum foil after 15 minutes. Let the pudding stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Step 5For the creamy milk topping, combine the whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, whole milk and half and half in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until blended and smooth.

Step 6Spread the topping over the warm pudding. Garnish with fresh cookie crumbs.
