Makes 3 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- - powdered sugar (for coating)
How To Make mexican wedding ring cookies

Step 1Cream the butter and sugar, add water and vanilla, mix well. Add flour and pecans, stir well and chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Step 2Shape into balls and bake on a un-greased cookie sheet at 325 for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in Powdered sugar.
