Ingredients
- 2 sticks soften butter
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts (i like pecans)
- - powdered sugar to coat cookies
How To Make mexican wedding cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Mix all the ingredients with your hand held blender.

Step 3Spoon out the cookie dough, using either a 1 TBSP cookie scooper or a Tablespoon!

Step 4Form your cookies into a ball or the traditional cresent shape.

Step 5Bake on cookie sheets at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. While cookies are still warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies to coat.
