These are one of my favorite cookies and they are super easy to make.

  • 2 stick
    soften butter
  • 1 c
    sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (i like pecans)
  • ·
    powdered sugar to coat cookies

How to Make Mexican Wedding Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all the ingredients with your hand held blender.
  3. Spoon out the cookie dough, using either a 1 TBSP cookie scooper or a Tablespoon!
  4. Form your cookies into a ball or the traditional cresent shape.
  5. Bake on cookie sheets at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    While cookies are still warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies to coat.
