1 cchopped pecans

How To Make mexican wedding cookies

1Preheat oven to 300. Grease a large baking sheet. Cream softened butter and powdered sugar. Add flour, pecans, and vanilla.

2Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten each one with a glass that's been dipped in powdered sugar.

3Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Roll each cookie in additional powdered sugar once they're done.
