How to Make Mexican Wedding Cookies
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla.
- Gradually stir in the cake flour.
- Stir in pecans.
- Dough will be stiff!
- Form in size of walnuts and shape like a fat half moon.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
- Roll each cookie in Confectioner's sugar.
