How to Make Mexican Wedding Cookies
- 1Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla.
- 2Gradually stir in the cake flour.
- 3Stir in pecans.
- 4Dough will be stiff!
- 5Form in size of walnuts and shape like a fat half moon.
- 6Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour.
- 7Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
- 8Roll each cookie in Confectioner's sugar.
