Ingredients

How to Make Mexican Wedding Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla.
  2. Gradually stir in the cake flour.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Dough will be stiff!
  5. Form in size of walnuts and shape like a fat half moon.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
  8. Roll each cookie in Confectioner's sugar.
  9. ENJOY!!!
