mexican wedding cookies
These are rich and buttery. They are traditional Mexican shortbread cookies that are very popular with everyone,in my neck of the woods, at anytime...not just at weddings!

Ingredients
- 1 cup magerine
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar,sifted
- 2 cups flour,sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup walnut or pecans, finely chopped
- - powdered sugar
How To Make mexican wedding cookies

Step 1cream together margerine and 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar

Step 2Add flour, vanilla and nuts and mix well.

Step 3Shape dought into walnut shaped balls.

Step 4Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until they begin to brown.

Step 5Cool for 5 minutes and roll in powdered sugar
