powdered sugar
2 cups
all purpose flour
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 cup
chopped pecans

How to Make Mexican Wedding Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.
  • 2Mix all ingredients and roll by hand into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 30 minutes.
  • 3Roll in additional powdered sugar while hot and again when cool.
