3/4 cuppowdered sugar

2 cupsall purpose flour

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cupchopped pecans
How To Make mexican wedding cake

1Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.

2Mix all ingredients and roll by hand into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 30 minutes.

3Roll in additional powdered sugar while hot and again when cool.
