2egg whites

3/4 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make meringue cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Beat the egg whites until they form a soft peak

3Gradually add the sugar and beat mixure until stiff peaks form

4Stir in the vanilla, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts

5Line cookie sheets with foil and drop cookie mixture on the foil by spoonfuls to create 1 to 1/2 inch mounds

6Place cookies in the preheated oven and then turn oven off. Leave the cookies undisturbed in the oven overnight
