How to Make Melt In Your Mouth Sugar Cookies
- 1Sift together (I don't sift, I mix, but..) the first 4 ingredients.
- 2Cream the sugar and shortening. Add egg and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
- 3Beat and slowly add the dry ingredients until well combined.
- 4Roll dough into balls (1/2 the size of a golfball) and place on cookie sheet. Flatten the balls with a bottom of a glass dipped in grandulated sugar.
- 5Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
