meg's easy peanut butter cookies

I know everyone and their mothers have a peanut butter cookie recipe, but these are soooooo good, and I don't even really like peanut butter. Will post a picture when I find it :) You can even double and triple the recipe.

Ingredients For meg's easy peanut butter cookies

1 cpeanut butter

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbspcinnamon, ground

1egg
How To Make meg's easy peanut butter cookies

1Preheat oven to 350*

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

3Drop cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet. (I use a cookie scoop for uniform cookies) Flatten with a fork.

4Bake for about 7-9 mins. Be sure to watch your cookies they cook quickly.

5Cool and enjoy!
