How to Make Margaret's Ginger Cookies
1Cream eggs and sugar together. When well creamed, add the molasses, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2Dissolve the baking soda in 1 cup of lukewarm water and add to creamed mixture.
3Slowly add the unsifted flour until a soft paste is formed.
4Put small scoops on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes @ 375* F.
