1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease cookie sheets
Bake 8 to 10 minutes
Watch first batch closely, don't over bake.
Makes 9 dozen
2Sift flour, salt and soda, set aside.
3In large bowl cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cherry juice. Mix well. Add dry ingredient, small amounts at a time, mixing well. Stir in oats, cherries and pecans.
Note: If mixture seems to stiff you can add a little more cherry juice.
4Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch first batch closely, don't over bake. Makes 9 dozen.
