Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 - eggs, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz
- 1 can pumpkin, 15 oz
- 1 package jello pumpkin spice flavor instant pudding
- 1 - 8 oz container coool whip
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make maple-pumpkin pie bars

Step 1Line a 13x9 inch pan with paper or foil, spray with cooking spray. Blend cake mix, one egg, and butter. Press into bottom of pan.

Step 2Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, remaining eggs, pumpkin and dry pudding mix with mixer until blended. Pour over crust.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack, cool completely.

Step 4Mix Cool whip and syrup in a large bowl. Spread over dessert, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
