2In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
3Add egg syrup and vanilla. Mix until well blended
4in a seperate bowl sift together flour salt and soda
5stir flour mixture into sugar mixture. roll into 1 in balls (or larger balls for bigger cookies) flatten and bake 8-10 minutes. 10-12 minutes for bigger cookies.
6I remove my cookies a little early because I like to make sure my cookies stay soft in the center after cooling.
