This is a different kind of cookie and it has a tropical fruit that would be great for a great cookie;I have not made this cookie as of yet so I hope that you enjoy this tropical cookie.. Enjoy !!!!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and cinn.
1/2 cup mashed mangos
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
1/2 cup milk

How To Make mango cookies

Step 1

Put milk,eggs,soda,2cups of flour, sugar, butter,mangos in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Mix with a hand mixer until creamy and then add the vanilla, the rest of the flour, cinn, brown sugar.
Step 3

Bake in a Preheated oven at 375* for about 9-11 mins. or til golden....
Step 4

Cool on an wire rack....
