I am not a baker....by any means. One of my best girlfriends gave me this recipe and I love it. It's just like you spent all day making them....enjoy

Ingredients

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 large egg
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed (light or dark)

How To Make mama t's peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in medium bowl. Roll into "meatball" size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Use a fork to make criss/cross design in middle of cookie or pinch in the middle of the ball to look like a peanut.

Step 2

Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let set for 1 minute after baking, transfer to cooling rack.
