I am not a baker....by any means. One of my best girlfriends gave me this recipe and I love it. It's just like you spent all day making them....enjoy

Ingredients

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

  • 1 c
    peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed (light or dark)

How to Make Mama T's Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ingredients together in medium bowl. Roll into "meatball" size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Use a fork to make criss/cross design in middle of cookie or pinch in the middle of the ball to look like a peanut.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let set for 1 minute after baking, transfer to cooling rack.
