I first had these at a "Meeting" in Seattle, Wa. they were served with our Lunch, I had wondered where such a great cookie came from so I asked the chef. He was more than willing to tell me the secret. With Pen in hand I got this recipe. Now this is Our family's Favorite Holiday bar, along with many others. These are so simple to put to gether. It's hard to believe these taste so good and so simple to make. Sorry, this is not for those on a diet! There are many Variations of this Cookie Bar. So Please use your Own imaginations. This is mine. This is not my Photo, But they look just like this.
