This is a very good recipe from my late aunt, who loved sweets as much as I do!!! Hope you enjoy!

  • 1 box
    pillsbury plus yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c
    butter, softened
  • 1
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1
  • 1 c
    nuts, chopped

How to Make Macaroon Squares


  1. Beat with mixer the cake mix, butter, and egg, until it is crumbly. Put in a 9 x 13" pan sprayed with PAM.
  2. Mix the topping together (sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, coconut, egg, and nuts); Pour over first layer. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely befoe cutting. ENJOY!
