These are VERY rich. They are always served on Memorial weekend at the little country church for folks tending their families graves.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- Plus 2-1/2 tablespoon flour
- 14oz bags coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make macaroon cookies

Step 1Mix first three ingredients.

Step 2Add to above, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Step 3Drop with cookie scoop on parchment paper placed on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart

Step 4Bake in 350 oven. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely. Frost with semi sweet milk chocolate chips or white chocolate. I use about a third bag and melt in microwave.
