I love these because they are so crsip, however when my beloved daughter-in-law makes them they are not so crisp, but her canasta group always asks for them.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour, do not sift
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 3/4 cup crushed macadamia nuts
How To Make macadamia nut cookies

Step 1Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in flour and baking soda. Stir in cornflakes and nuts. Place walnut sized balls on cookie sheet. Flatten with heel of hand. Bake at 350 8-10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.Enjoy
