Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini m&m's
How To Make m&m cookie pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 325.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter add brown sugar. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well.

Step 3In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda. A dd flour mixture to your large mixing bowl and mix until completely incorporated. Fold in m&m's.

Step 4Pour and spread batter into a greased 9 1/2 inch pie pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5Let cool and cut into slices.
