this is a great cookie my dad makes for us sometimes it's one of his best

  • 1 c
    plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 large
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    mini m&m's

How to Make M&M Cookie Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter add brown sugar. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda. A dd flour mixture to your large mixing bowl and mix until completely incorporated. Fold in m&m's.
  4. Pour and spread batter into a greased 9 1/2 inch pie pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool and cut into slices.
