baking soda
1/4 c
buttermilk (or 1/4 cup milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)
1/2 c
semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How to Make Low Sugar Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2Combine butter, oil and Splenda. Add egg and mix well.
  • 3In separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Add to egg mix, alternating with buttermilk.
  • 4Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet; flatten slightly with a fork. Bake about 10-12 minutes. Move to cooling rack.
